    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support our customers and global distributor network, drive marketing initiatives, and enhance customer engagement. This role is instrumental in refining our products and strengthening our market presence, helping healthcare professionals worldwide diagnose and follow up on strokes more effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for global distributors (including Latin America, the Far East, and the U.S.), providing ongoing clinical and technical support.
    • Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations and training for distributors and physicians.
    • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including catalogues, presentations, website content, and LinkedIn posts.
    • Engage and follow up with leads via social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Gather market insights and feedback from distributors and physicians to drive product improvements and relay information to the R&D team.
    • Represent Rimed at international conferences, demonstrations, and seminars, traveling abroad approximately once every 4 weeks.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a capital medical device company focused on export markets.
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate clinical and engineering concepts.
    • Ability to read and comprehend medical literature.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with distributors and medical professionals.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Fluent English (native or near-native level) is required; Spanish or Chinese is an advantage.
    • Willingness to travel internationally.

    We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on National Sales Manager to lead our U.S. operations. This role is ideal for a driven sales leader eager to manage an entire territory, covering sales, operations, service support, and training. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge medical technology and eager to make an impact, this opportunity offers a clear growth path!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Territory Leadership: Manage the U.S. region, covering sales, operations, service, and training.
    • Sales Expertise: Sell Rimed’s medical equipment to hospital Neurology Departments, Stroke Centers, Neuro ICU Units, and private neurology offices.
    • Business Development: Drive the full sales cycle as a hunter, creating leads and closing deals.
    • Dealer Partnerships: Manage direct and channel sales through local dealers.
    • Collaboration: Report and work closely with our global headquarters in Israel.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful sales of capital medical equipment. Experience in selling  Neurological devices like EEG & EMG is a significant advantage.
    • Track Record: Proven ability to create and manage a sales funnel with a history of generating leads and closing deals.
    • Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills and a bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering).
    • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Leadership: Experience in hiring and managing teams.
    • Flexibility: Ability to travel extensively.
